1.To Provide installation and commissioning on time as per contract

4.To setup supply network of spare parts. There are 4 warehouses of spare parts all over China to ens-
ure timely supply of spare parts.
5.To follow up and inspect continuously during period of guarantee and carry out dynamic management.
6.Responsible for repair and exchange to problem products due to our fault during the period of guarantee.
7.To maintain the regular service personnel in various service offices.
     To distribute personnel for timely service concentrating on customers.
8.Responsible for training of service personnel to improve the total quality of service personnel
9.24 hours to reach site of service, ( 8 hours in smooth traffic)
